Registration

Please use our registration form to express your interest in participating. As the conference venue has a limited capacity of seats, we will review and monitor each registration and confirm and decline on an individual basis.

Accreditation

Once your registration has been confirmed, you will get further information on the accreditation process. Please follow those steps to complete your accreditation.

Fee

We ask each confirmed participants to financially contribute to the conference with a fee of 65 €. Accreditation and participation is only confirmed with the completed transaction of the fee. Participants that have been chosen from the Call for Contributions will be exempted from the conference fee.

Refund Policy

Due to various organizational reasons, we can only allow refund requests of the accreditation fee until the 15.09.2023. In case you need to cancel your participation at the event, please inform us until 15.09.2023. Thank you for your understanding.
